Hello!

My name is Alexis Sanders. I have a major in Experience Architecture at Michigan State University with a double minor in Graphic Design and Spanish. Experience Architecture is not the normal architecture major, but it’s an interdisciplinary major where students can learn the process of using graphic design, web design, and UX design and research to try and create accessible, and user-centered products for people who don’t know they have a voice in how products and websites can be changed. I have always had a passion for design and helping people, so I was very lucky to find a major that allows me to do both. I have also received a Master's degree in Interactive Media Arts at New York University.

 

My programs have helped me realize I am a creative thinker who is passionate about creating designs and web pages that are accessible and enjoys researching what needs to be done to create these types of designs.
